Ce que tu signales est juste, il faut moduler les temps de formation en fonction de la profession que nous souhaitons apporter à une unité lambda. D'accord aussi, mais peut-être que 4 ou 5 tours seraient mieux (je pense au père fondateur Alexi de Toqueville qui diminue le temps de formation). Pour moi, il faut au moins 4, ou alors (c'est aussi une idée) on change le bonus d'Alexis de Toqueville (ou tout autre bonus concernant l'éducation)
