Salut,

Petit nouveau sur colonization que j'ai reçu hier. Après des heures de jeu sur Civ 1, 2, 3 et 4, je passe à Colonization. Déçu pour le moment car je ne comprends pas tout.
Existe t-il un didacticiel pour bien démarrer??

Bienvenue Pao.

Le didacticiel du jeu est vraiment sommaire et n'explique pas tout. Le jeu n'est pas forcément intuitif (surtout pour ceux qui n'ont pas connus la version de 94) et c'est sûrement un de ces défauts.
Maintenant pas de panique tu trouveras beaucoup de personnes pour t'aider sur ce forum et je te propose de consulter les guides écrits par Hkr182:
Guides statégiques.

Comme je le dis toujours, n'hésites pas à poser tes questions.

Merci pour ta réponse. J'ai déjà consulté ces guides mais ils s'adressent à des joueurs maitrisant déjà le principe de Colonization. Je maitrise Civilization mais n'ai jamais joué à Colo. Je cherche un guide pour bien démarrer. Un peu ce qui existe sur Civfr.com dans l'université. On y trouve des "guides du débutant" qui conseillent sur les premiers pas.

Si ça n'existe pas, j'irai à tâtons si le jeu m'attire vraiment.... où je retournerai sous Civ. Pour le moment, je reste sur ma faim: les bâtiments construits dans la ville ne se voient pas (comment savoir ce qu'on a fait ou pas), comment construire une unité militaire, comment se gère l'or (hormis en trouvant des trésors), quels batiments construire en premier...

C'est vrai que le jeu est un peu "austère" pour ceux qui n'ont jamais joué à colonization version 94. Les mécanismes de jeu sont assez différents d'un civilization car c'est un jeu beaucoup plus axé sur le commerce. Il faut apprendre la logique du jeu qui est assez spécifique.
J'avais déjà envisagé de rédiger un petit guide pour les nouveaux venus dans l'univers de colonization mais comme la majorité des joueurs que j'avais croisé jusqu'à présent sur le site semblait maitriser les bases je ne l'ai pas encore fait. J'ai déjà une première ébauche et puisque tu semble en avoir besoin je vais essayer de le mettre à disposition au plus vite. Si tu m'indique quels sont tes attentes je ferai un maximum pour y répondre.
Reviens voir le site dans quelques jours tu y trouvera peut etre ce que tu cherche (j'espère avoir le temps de le terminer rapidement ).

En fait, j'ai besoin d'aide pour bien démarrer le jeu. Quels batiments construire, quels colons embaucher, comment commercer avec les indigènes. Cela me permettrait de mieux cerner la logique du jeu. J'ai encore les réflexes Civ et j'avoue ne pas m'y retrouver dans Colonization. Avec un début de jeu aidé, ce serait plus facile de s'y retrouver et de creuser par moi-même par la suite.
