Après avoir formaté l'ordinateur, tout fonctionne à merveille... jusqu'à ce que j'installe un pilote graphique. Aucune version du pilote ne passe jusqu'à maintenant... Je me demande si ma carte graphique n'est pas endommagée.
En tout état de cause, cela signifie que je ne peux plus lancer le jeu.

Pour programmer en python, ça risque d'être difficile... J'en suis le premier désolé.

J'ai une NVIDIA GeForce 8600M (c'est un portable) qui a 22 mois (Janvier 2008)

J'ai installé la mise-à-jour de Windows Vista via Windows Update (en réalité j'ai simplement cliqué sur mettre à jour sans regarder la liste des mise-à-jours... erreur stratégique)

C'est la mise-à-jour du 07/11/2009, intitulée:
nVidia - Display - GeForce 8600M GS
(nVidia display sowtware released in september 2009)

Depuis l'ordinateur n'a jamais redémarré correctement...
En restaurant l'ordinateur, j'ai rebasculé sur mon ancien pilote, (pilote 179.28 du 16/12/2008). L'ordinateur fonctionnait de nouveau. J'ai même reussi à lancer colonization... pendant un certain temps. Mais le jeu a planté, l'écran sa "frisé" les couleurs étant étranges (style NES)

De nouveau, écran bleu au démarrage. Je me suis dit que le pilote était trop ancien, j'ai essayé d'installer le pilote 186.81 du 21/08/2009, et c'était encore pire (si j'ose dire!).

J'ai donc opté pour le formatage. J'ai reformaté le disque en installant une version de Windows 7 (une version bêta que j'avais téléchargé il y a quelque temps ). Tout marche à merveille! Sauf que Windows Update m'a proposé la même mise-à-jour (nVidia - Display - GeForce 8600M GS du 07/11/2009).
Et voilà mon premier écran bleu sous Windows 7, même message (nvlddmkm.sys!).

Je restaure le système. Et tout marche parfaitement avec un pseudo-pilote standard de Windows 7...
(Carte VGA standard, 14Mo (!), pilote Microsoft 6.1.7600.16385 du 21/06/2006 ... soit deux ans avant l'achat de mon ordinateur).

Ca me paraît quand même étrange...
As-tu vérifié la mémoire avec un memtest au cas où ? Regarder si tu n'avais pas de conflit IRQ ?
Histoire de voir si le problème ne se situe pas ailleur.

J'ai effectué un test mémoire au démarrage (F8) sans problème... C'est ça le memtest?
Quant à un éventuel conflit d'IRQ je ne sais pas comment le vérifier ?

Tout à fait, le memtest c'est pour la mémoire vive.

Alors pour contrôler les erreurs IRQ il te suffit d'aller dans le gestionnaire de périphérique (clic droit sur "ordinateur" et propriété dans le menu démarrer).
Si tout est en ordre tu ne devrait rien voir de spécial, dans le cas contraire tu le saura bien assez vite.

En tout cas la mémoire est bonne à fortiori.
As-tu pu noter le code de l'erreur lors d'un écran bleu ? En général ils commencent par 0x000.

Hm quand tu fais "propriété" sur les deux erreurs il te dit à quels périphériques ils correspondent ?
Tu n'as pas un logiciel qui pourrait rentrer en conflit ?

Alors dans un cas, on me dit qu'il s'agit du coprocesseur et dans l'autre de ACPI SMCB02.
Un logiciel qui rentre en conflit, je ne sais pas ? C'est possible, mais étant donné que j'ai réinstallé Windows et ensuite les pilotes d'affichages, je ne vois pas bien quel logiciel. A moins qu'un logiciel soit resté (en fait il ne m'a pas effacé toutes mes données ce que j'ai trouvé assez étrange...il faut peut-être que je refasse un formatage complet. Là Windows s'est "contenté" d'effacer les programmes et de réinstaller le système d'exploitation

Pour les pilotes en questions (ceux du coprocesseur et du SMCB02 ainsi que ceux de la carte graphique), j'en ai trouvé des versions constructeurs (Fujitsu-Siemens) qui datent de 2007, mais uniquement pour Vista. Or, je viens d'installer une version bêta de Windows 7. Il semblerait donc que le mieux repasser sous vista avec les pilotes de bases. Qu'en penses-tu? (ou vous si quelqu'un d'autre suit la conversation)
